- You will lose access to future updates and new templates after your subscription ends
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Subscription renewals (cancel before renewal to avoid charges)
- License upgrades (prorated credit may be applied)
- Custom development or consulting services
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
